Chocolate Coffee Chia Pots

These delicious CHOCOLATE COFFEE CHIA POTS tick all the boxes! A perfect breakfast on the go with COLD BREWED COFFEE & CHIA SEEDS to keep the tummy full & happy! You can substitute the brazil nut milk for coconut milk to make a nut-free version; feel free to add dates or maple syrup for a sweeter pot, though we enjoy these as they are.


  • 1 cup hazelnuts (soaked overnight) *
  • 2 cups filtered water
  • ¾ cup chia seeds*
  • ½ cup Mischief Brew cold brewed coffee*
  • 2 teaspoons Goodies & Grains organic coconut oil*
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract*
  • 4 drops liquid vanilla stevia*
  • Pinch Himalayan salt*

To garnish: Chocolate Co Yo*, frozen raspberries*, coffee beans, coconut threads*You will need a nut milk bag for this recipe (we sell these!)


  • Discard the soaking water from the hazelnuts & add nuts, filtered water, vanilla extract, liquid stevia, coconut oil & salt to a high speed blender. Blitz for 1 minute. Strain liquid through a nut bag. Discard hazelnut fibre or keep for making crackers, etc.
  • Add the cold brew to the nut milk & pulse.
  • Stir in chia seeds; then pour liquid into 4 glass jars. Let sit for 10 minutes, for the chia to ‘gel’ before garnishing with the chocolate Co Yo, raspberries, coffee beans & coconut threads.
